The web site looks good and for starters, I would add a comment to your cover page that the rest of the web site, other than the opening page which is already in English, is available by using on-line translation sites—such as

or

RIO DE JANEIRO

Located in the Brazilian Southeast Region at a landscape that is privileged by nature between the sea and mountains, the Rio de Janeiro city is one of the most beautiful cities worldwide, which granted it the title of Cidade Maravilhosa (Wonderful City).

Rio postcard is the mark of Brazil. Corcovado Mountainwith Christ Redeemer is one of the new Seven Wonders of the World in an international contest. Also, Rio has Pão de Açúcar, a pleasant sightseeing that unveils the city. Its emblematic tourist attractions are numberless, but it is important to mention Estádio do Maracanã (Maracanã Stadium), the largest temple of the five-time World Cup champion soccer, and Passarela do Samba (Samba Runaway) where the Samba schools parade while participating in the largest event of the city: Carnival. The Mayor's Office of Rio de Janeiro has recently built Cidade do Samba (Samba City) in a 114m² space at the port area. Cidade do Samba shelters the Samba factories where the Samba schools prepare their respective parades that take place in Carnival, and is the Carnival sum-up all the year round, as it still gathers daily spectacles, workshops and other attractions.
